I'm Marcy Langlois

Born with a cleft lip and palate, I underwent over 20 surgeries and faced years of bullying. Battling issues of identity, the darkness of addiction, and chronic physical and mental health challenges, I spiraled into a life of chaos and self-destruction. But when my life hit rock bottom, I chose to rise.

Using the lessons from my tumultuous past, I transformed my life. Embracing sobriety, self-realization, and personal strength, I learned to love myself and built a fulfilling life with my partner of over 20 years.

Now I own a successful business and use my journey to inspire and guide those facing life's adversities. I'm here to remind you that trauma does not define you.
